LOVE-Storm talked about their unique online training room where trainers can lead role-plays of conflicts in online chats in a safe and realistic way. Based on human rights education approach it is aimed to encourage citizens to act against hate speech. With applicable strategies for fighting hate speech online, the online training room is a tool that helps citizens promote values of democracy, free speech, tolerance, and participation. This open educational resource now available in German, English, Italian, Croatian and Slovak helps train social competences of internet users and supports civic participation online.
