INACH and many of its members particpated in the creation of this statement, as we are concerned about NGOs being prevented from becoming Trusted Flaggers due to disproportionate reporting obligations in regards to the DSA. We believe that what is in our statement is the only way the Trusted Flagger programme under the DSA can guarantee participation of diverse, competent, and independent non-governmental organisations.
