INACH wrote a new report on cyber hate in the EU. Cyber hate has not disappeared from the news for one moment and since the Covid-19 pandemic it has only intensified. INACH published its last report on online hate speech in 2019 but a lot has changed since then. In this report we will revise what is the state of policy on online hate speech right now. We will take a closer look at the role of social media, Artificial Intelligence and fake news in the spread of cyber hate.
